As Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Kyle Entz manages EWA’s team of spectrum advisors, contributes to member advocacy initiatives, and manages EWA’s 900 MHz incumbent transition program. Mr. Entz brings more than 20 years of experience in Federal Communications Commission licensing and spectrum policy matters. During his more than 15 years at Sprint (now T-Mobile), Mr. Entz managed a team responsible for more than 50,000 FCC licenses and supported multiple, complex corporate initiatives such as the relocation of thousands of 800 MHz incumbents and a network expansion that became the largest microwave backhaul deployment in the US. While at Sprint, Mr. Entz contributed to upgrading network technologies from CDMA to LTE and Sprint’s nationwide deployment of 4G and 5G network upgrades. Mr. Entz has also extensive experience with secondary market spectrum leasing, spectrum acquisition, tower siting and point-to-point microwave solutions. Kyle Entz earned his Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and his MBA from the George Washington University School of Business.
