EWA Files Petition for Rulemaking Proposing to Use 800 MHz GB as Green Space for T-Band and 900 MHz

The Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA) has filed a Petition for Rulemaking (Petition) requesting that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) designate the recently released 800 MHz Guard band spectrum as “green space” for the relocation of incumbent Business/Industrial Land Transportation (B/ILT) licensees in T-Band spectrum as well as those in certain 900 MHz narrow band channels.
