The Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA) has filed a letter in opposition to a proposal from Southern California Edison (SCE) that would give critical infrastructure industry (CII) entities priority access to 900 MHz broadband licenses. The Alliance objects to the proposal on policy as well as procedural grounds.
