EWA Files Comments Supporting Flint Hills Waiver Request

On March 16, 2018, the Enterprise Wireless Alliance filed comments with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) supporting a Request for Waiver submitted by Flint Hill Resources for use of three UHF channels allocated for use by Public Safety entities. Flint Hills make the request after confirming that no channels allocated for use by Industrial Business users were available.
