On January 17, 2023, EWA filed comments yesterday supporting in support of a T-Band waiver request submitted the County of Los Angeles, California. Specifically, the waiver request seeks FCC approval to deploy new sites outside the 50-miles of the center coordinates of the T-Band market permitted by Part 90 of the FCC rules.
