Gary Allen serves in the Ohio Air National Guard as a Military Equal Opportunity Officer; he previously served four years active duty in the U.S. Air Force as well as previous service with the Air Force Reserve. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University and holds a Master of Public Administration from Ohio University.

Karana is the Executive Director of the Mississippi Wireless Communication Commission, which includes overseeing all aspects of Mississippi’s statewide emergency communication system providing mission-critical interoperable services to all government first responders and public safety non-governmental organizations with over 184 sites and 67,000 subscribers. With over 35 years of experience, Karana is a strategic operations leader in managing critical projects and building efficient teams. Pivoting from private sector healthcare to public sector state government, Karana’s commitment to continuous improvement has helped diverse organizations optimize their mission driven processes to achieve successful outcomes. Outside of work, Karana enjoys family time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Karana has an MBA from the University of Alabama and a BA from Anderson University.

Robin J. Cohen is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Enterprise Wireless Alliance where she works to maximize industry access to spectrum, plays a leading role in facilitating the shared use of wireless networks by business enterprises and public safety organizations across the United States, and consistently delivers results for EWA members. During her time at EWA, Ms. Cohen has led spectrum policy and business initiatives including the Alliance’s efforts to maximize industry access to 800 MHz and T-Band spectrum, implementation of the 900 MHz Transition Services Agreement with Anterix and of the Medical Body Area Networks (MBAN) registration capability at 2.3 GHz under an agreement with the Federal Communications Commission. An industry veteran, Ms. Cohen has a deep understanding of the issues facing the wireless communications industry. Prior to joining EWA, Ms. Cohen spent more than 19 years at Sprint Corporation (now T-Mobile) and the last 11 years as Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs. Ms. Cohen was twice awarded Sprint’s Circle of Excellence Award for outstanding achievement.

Dr. Nathan Craig is an associate professor in the Department of Operations and Business Analytics at Ohio State University. He researches the application of data science and artificial intelligence to managerial decision-making, focusing on the financial services and retail industries. Leading outlets have published his research, including Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Operations Management, and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management. At the Fisher College of Business, Dr. Craig is the academic director of the Executive MBA program and coordinator of the Ph.D. program in Operations and Business Analytics
Dr. Craig earned a doctorate in Technology and Operations Management from Harvard Business School and master's and bachelor’s degrees in systems engineering from The Ohio State University. He is the recipient of research awards, including the Wyss Award and the Ralph Gomory Industry Studies Award. As Chief Strategy Officer of the Enterprise Wireless Alliance, Mark Crosby focuses on the issues and relationships that are critical for the future of the Alliance. Throughout his career, Mark has been an advocate for the efficient and effective use of spectrum dedicated for the use of business enterprises. From 2004 – 2021, Mark served as EWA’s President and CEO. Under his leadership, EWA became recognized as a fierce defender of EWA-member spectrum rights, an advocate for responsible regulatory policy, and a trusted FCC-certified frequency advisory committee. From 2000 – 2004, Mark was president of Access Spectrum LLC, a company he co-founded to pioneer spectrum band management for private wireless licensees deploying voice and data technologies. From 1975 – 2000, Mark served as president of the Special Industrial Radio Service Association (SIRSA) and the Industrial Telecommunications Association (ITA). In 2021, Mark was inducted into the Wireless Hall of Fame.

Julianne Dunn is the regional executive of the Cincinnati Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, overseeing relationships with stakeholders and monitoring the region’s economic environment in support of monetary policy. She also manages the Bank’s Business Advisory Councils throughout southern Ohio and eastern Kentucky. Since joining as a research analyst in 2017, she has advanced to leading Cincinnati regional analysis and contributing to Bank research and public engagement.
Ms. Dunn previously worked as an economist at MarketResearch.com and holds degrees in international studies from Ohio State University and economics and international relations from Syracuse University.

Matthew Morrison is an accomplished wireless communications expert with over 30 years of experience in designing and deploying advanced RF and telecommunications systems. Since July 2021, as Senior Technical Advisor at Day Wireless Systems, he has delivered innovative solutions across California, Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Oregon. Specializing in transport networks, microwave systems, RF technologies (Simulcast, Conventional, DMR, P25), and DC power systems, Matthew translates customer needs into reliable, high-performance solutions. He develops software tools, databases, bills of materials (BOMs), and detailed system proposals, collaborating with sales teams and vendors to leverage cutting-edge technologies.
Previously, Matthew spent 15 years as Assistant Service Manager and Senior System Technician at Day Wireless Systems, leading teams and establishing quality assurance protocols. As Wireless Division Manager at Rapid Systems, Inc. (2003–2005), he drove Tampa Bay’s wireless WAN development, managing hardware selection, tower site design, and CPE installation processes. Since starting his career in 1993 with companies like Airtouch and Cellular One, Matthew has built deep RF infrastructure expertise. David graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1979, has a lifetime General Radio license from the Federal Communications Commission, and is an ETA-Certified Journeyman Technician. Davide is a past-president of the Great Lakes MSS Association and currently services on the Executive Committee of the Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA). He is also Chair of EWA’s newly formed Technical Solutions Committee. David is retired from P&R Communications, a wireless communications company in western Ohio. P&R sells, installs, and maintains wireless systems including bi-directional amplifiers for public safety and cellular carriers.

The Wireless Leadership Summit 2025 was held at the Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel. Within walking distance of the Renaissance were many restaurants and shops, including craft breweries and top-rated gourmet dining. A visitor’s guide reveals that the National Veterans Memorial and Museum, which honors veterans from all branches of service, is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Via a short drive is the nationally esteemed Center of Science and Industry.
