Roger Cassell is an accomplished leader in the wireless communications field with more than 47 years of industry experience, having served as President & CEO of Communications Electronics (CE) for over 27 years. CE was a family-owned business and a leading provider of wireless communication solutions including LMR, security, and in-building solutions. The company supported some of the largest public safety agencies, schools, hospitals and enterprises across the Mid-Atlantic region. When it was acquired by Mobile Communications America in November of 2022, CE had more than 140 employees and 6 locations. MCA is one of the largest and most trusted Motorola partners in the United States. In his new role as Vice President of MCA’s Mid-Atlantic region, Roger focuses on expanding MCA’s services to both new and existing customers in the north east. Roger is actively involved in community organizations, including the Baltimore County Police Foundation (Treasurer), SOZO Children, Nothing's Wasted, and Catholic Community of Saint Francis of Xavier. In addition, he serves in a variety of roles in other businesses, organizations, and charities. He and his wife Nancy have four children and live in Maryland.
